Clinical Role Overview
South Central Ambulance Service NHS is seeking an experienced workforce data professional to join the People and Wellbeing Team in the Workforce Planning, Insights and Systems group. You will extract, analyse and report on HR data from ESR and related systems to support workforce planning and timely decision-making.
As a Subject Matter Expert on interfaces between systems, you will drive improvements, automation and robust data governance, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation
