We’re looking for two Spa Therapists to join our award-winning team at Lochside House Hotel & Spa, with one full-time and one part-time position available. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Provide treatments in line with RAD Hotel Group and ESPA standards, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and indulgent experience for each guest.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Confidently recommend appropriate treatments and ESPA products to enhance the guest experience.
• Work as part of the wider spa team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the spa.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified or working towards HNC or Level 3 NVQ/SVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
• Previous experience in a spa environment, with experience in a 4-star spa or above being highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of ESPA products and treatments is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a warm and friendly manner.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
