Clinical Role Overview
Cygnet in Macclesfield is seeking a Specialist Day Support Worker to provide enhanced care for adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered support in a specialist residential setting.
Shifts are days, 8am–8pm, with a rotating pattern: Week 1 four on, three off; Week 2 three on, four off. Pay starts at £13.45/hr, rising to £13.75/hr at 3 months and £14.00/hr at 18 months, plus NHS-style benefits.
