Job Location

Milano and Roma. The position is open to candidates, including those from protected categories.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Strategic Asset Management within Energy & Utilities.
  
• Asset Investment Planning, Asset Strategy Definition, Benchmarking and regulatory framework analysis.
  
• Risk Asset Management, Workforce Optimization, Asset Performance and Predictive Maintenance.
  
• Supply Chain Management, BIM & Digital Twin, Project Control.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Laurea STEM o Economia.
  
• Minimum five years experience in Energy & Utility.
  
• Demonstrated problem‑solving in business process optimization (e.g., electricity, integrated water services, Oil & Gas).
  
• Knowledge of ISO55000, ISO31000, ROSS, cost‑benefit analysis, ESG, and energy retail.
  
• Understanding of best‑practice organizational models and processes in the sector.
  
• Experience in consulting and proven project management skills as a Project Manager on complex projects.
  
• Strong organisational and sustainable team management skills; result‑oriented with analytical approach.
  
• Ability to inspire and motivate both technical and non‑technical teams.
  
• English proficiency B2 or higher.

Compensation

Salary band: €26,500‑37,000.
