We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Therapist to support children and adolescents within a specialist care service based in Leicestershire.

You will also contribute to care plans and risk assessments, using a creative and multimodal approach where required. Therapeutic interventions will be guided by cognitive approaches and the PACE framework (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), supporting the development of safe, trusting relationships and positive emotional experiences.

  • The ability to undertake clinical assessments, develop case formulations and contribute to risk assessments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • An up-to-date DBS certificate, with registration on the DBS Update Service preferred;
  • A full driving licence, as the role requires travel throughout the Midlands.
