Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency based in Spain seeking a Reddit Content Manager to bridge client accounts with a writers’ team. You will staff accounts, uphold editorial quality, and guide writers to deliver on brand voice across Reddit, AI search, and other channels.
You’ll lead 3–5 writers, run regular 1:1s, and help grow the team while reporting on content performance in client calls. This role blends project management with hands-on editing and strategic storytelling.
