Electrical Technicians

Our engineering client in Hove is looking for two Electrical Technicians/Panel Wirers to work alongside Technicians, Testers and Engineers to ensure high and accurate standard of build and installation.

Key responsibilities and main tasks and activities

• Interpretation of schematic and general arrangement drawings.
• Layout of panels
• Panel assembly including, preparation of metalwork prior to assembly, cabling and small wiring.
• Copper busbar fitting.
• Panel installation on site.
• Liaising with engineers

Skills and abilities required:

• Electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to interpret schematic and general arrangement drawings
• Teamwork and personal impact
• Consult with the team and other experts as and when required.
• Able to operate within a team, and individually.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Thursday, 07:45 to 16:30. Friday 7:45 to 12:15
