Rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support What You’ll Be Doing Watch our video: As a Support Worker in East Lancashire, you’ll be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs .
