Location: North Devon (Combe Martin, Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas)

Salary:  £25,989.60 - £29,702.40 per annum (£14.28ph) This excludes sleep in allowance of £60 per sleep in.

We’re seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our North Devon homes. Our homes are based in the Combe Martin, Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas. You’ll bring energy, positivity and a genuine passion for helping children thrive. The right candidate will be engaging, nurturing and able to create a fun, safe and empowering environment where younger children feel supported and encouraged to grow.

However, we do prefer candidates who have experience working with children or young people in any setting, and who can demonstrate empathy, reliability and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s wellbeing and development.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as the position involves travelling between care locations across the Combe Martin, Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington areas of Devon.
