Clinical Role Overview
Chekin is seeking an expansion-focused Customer Success/Account Manager to own a diverse SMB to mid-market portfolio from onboarding to renewal. You’ll identify upsell opportunities, run end-to-end deals, and design campaigns with Marketing and CS.
You’ll collaborate with Product to translate customer needs into value, while safeguarding renewals. In this hybrid role based in Tenerife, you will negotiate with owners and operations leads, maintain CRM hygiene, and drive measurable expansion
