Clinical Role Overview
Ashmount, operated by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a Support Worker Band 2 within the Learning Disabilities Directorate. The role involves supporting seven residents with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour in a residential setting, delivering activities and promoting rights and independence.
The post requires flexibility to work across Trust locations, driving licence, and good IT and communication skills.
