Job Summary

We’re looking for passionate Support Workers to join our services in the Wells area. If you’re someone who truly wants to make a difference and is looking for a rewarding role where no two days are ever the same, we would love to hear from you. The people we support like to be busy, and we are looking for individuals who will support them with a variety of activities.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
• Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Sufficient experience in the care sector
• Basic IT skills
• Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
• Participate in activities of their choice
• Support the individual with all aspects of daily living
• Carry out personal care and medication where necessary
• Attend all mandatory training
