Amager og Hvidovre Hospital søger en sygeplejerske eller social- og sundhedsassistent til vores psykiatriske ambulatorium i Glostrup. Stillingen fokuserer på at understøtte patienter med svær psykisk sygdom i eget nærmiljø og i ambulatoriet med mål om færre indlæggelser og bedre mestring.
Du bliver fast kontaktperson for en patientgruppe og deltager i konferencer, vurderinger og behandlingsplaner. Vi tilbyder introduktion, mentor-ordning og tværfaglig sparring samt løbende kompetenceudvikling.
