Clinical Role Overview
Caravelo is looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to shape how frontend engineering evolves. You will build features and platform capabilities, define architectural decisions, and guide design-system evolution while mentoring engineers and maintaining a healthy frontend platform.
You will join the Platform team, report to the CPTO, and work with Product, Designers, and Services. This is a Barcelona-based hybrid role with a strong emphasis on collaboration and hands-on leadership.
