Clinical Role Overview
Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Community Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist in King's Lynn to join the Urgent Community Response Therapy Team. The role focuses on rapid community assessments and flexible, patient-centred care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
You will work across a 7-day service (8:00–20:00) with supervision and development opportunities within an established NHS trust.
