Join a Leading Veterinary Practice in Cardiff: Your Next Career Move Awaits

Are you ready to take your veterinary career to the next level? Imagine working in a supportive, friendly environment where quality care and work-life balance are at the forefront. Welcome to a small animal veterinary practice in the heart of Cardiff, accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and boasting three branches in and around the city.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a team that believes the best patient care starts with looking after each other. Work alongside experienced vets and nurses, including several certificate holders, in a collaborative and nurturing setting.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a four-day work week with a 1 in 5 shared Saturday rota, totalling 40 hours per week. No out-of-hours work or Bank Holidays, ensuring you have time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
  • Modern Facilities: The practice is equipped with all the modern tools you’d expect from a first opinion small animal practice. You’ll have everything you need to provide top-notch care.
  • Structured Workday: Benefit from 20-minute consultations as standard, dedicated admin time, and essential lunch breaks built into your day.

Role Details

  • Position: Full-time, permanent; part-time considered for the right candidate
  • Salary: Up to £60k, dependent on experience
  • Duties: A mix of consulting, surgical, and inpatient shifts
