His family is actively involved in his care and will occasionally stay overnight.You’ll be part of his dedicated **night care team**, working **11pm – 7:30am**, supporting with:* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)* Moving and handling* Light domestic tasks* Monitoring overnight wellbeingA live-in team member will also be present during the night in case any additional support is needed.In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
