Clinical Role Overview
Outcomes First Group's Longdon Hall School in Staffordshire seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will assess and intervene for pupils with trauma-related or neurodivergent needs, following OFG Ways of Working within an education setting.
You'll hold a caseload with clinical supervision, contribute to staff training, and help pupils flourish. A £2,000 CPD allowance supports role-specific training after probation.
