Clinical Role Overview
MacIntyre is opening a new home in Two Mile Ash, Milton Keynes, and seeks compassionate Support Workers to help Andy live a fulfilling life with opportunities and independence. You will work alongside a colleague to provide day-to-day, person-centred support and accompany him to activities in the community.
Initial days may be challenging as Andy settles in, but patience, resilience and consistency will help build trust. PBS training will be provided to equip you for the role.
