Clinical Role Overview
Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Community Staff Nurse to join the Swadlincote Community Nursing Team on a 12-month secondment. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in patients’ homes, working closely with GPs and therapy teams to enable independence and safe discharge when possible.
