Clinical Role Overview
Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate Complex Needs Post-16 Support Worker to provide day-to-day and long-term specialist care near Swaffham Bulbeck. You will work with young adults (16-19+) with PMLD, aiding daily healthcare and life-skills in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities include PEG feeding, personal care, moving and handling, and supporting therapy teams. A valid DBS and driving licence are advantageous for community visits.
