Clinical Role Overview
CYGNET is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare across a 42-hour week, with 12-hour shifts and a two-week rotating weekend pattern at Norcott House in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on person-centered planning, safety and independence, with opportunities for learning and progression through our apprenticeship scheme.
You will be an excellent communicator, work well in a team, and empower service users to grow and participate in daily activities.
