Clinical Role Overview
Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse (Band 5) for the Bridgnorth locality. The role is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care within the Urgent Community Response and Virtual Wards service.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage acutely unwell patients at home, with access to bank shifts and a 37.5-hour week. The post requires NHS experience, RGN qualification, and current NMC registration.
