Clinical Role Overview
Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner to join the Community Mental Health Team in Bridgwater. You will support Depot, Clozapine and Wellbeing Clinics, delivering person-centred care under supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
You will carry out venepuncture, health monitoring and medication ordering, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
