Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

– based in Poznan (PL) – Shape the future of Gerflor's global CRM platform. We are looking for a CRM & Sales Applications Developer who wants to play a key role in developing and evolving our global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform used by our international sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity to become one of the technical experts driving our CRM transformation while collaborating with colleagues across Europe.

Your Role

As part of our Digital Factory team, you will:

• Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Customize and enhance CRM solutions using C#, .NET and JavaScript
• Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs
• Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support
• Contribute to application performance, deployments and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners worldwide

Requirements

Required

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Strong development skills in:
• C#
• .NET
• JavaScript
• Experience with Power Platform
• Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs
• Good understanding of CRM or Sales business processes
• Professional English
• Valid working permit for fulltime job in Poland

Nice to have

• Azure DevOps
• Agile environment experience
• Microsoft certifications
