Care Assistant

We deliver person centred care, tailoredto meet each client's individual needs, providing a minimum of one hour care for each visit.

We take our time to ensure that each Carer and each Client are ideally suited.

Salary - £12.25per hour from 1st January (following short probationary period)

Guaranteed minimum hours and block hours available

Flexible hours, from 10 to 40 hours per week are available for this role in Swadlincoteand surrounding areas.

Qualifications

You don’t need to have any qualifications or experience to join our amazing team and start caring with us. We provide full, award winning training for all of our Care Professionalsregardless of experience. All we need from you is a big heart and a passion for helping others.

Applicants must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the nature of the role - our clients enjoy trips out of the house and may need support with getting to appointments or going shopping during their vists.

Additional Information

Mileage allowance is provided and, additionally, after one year a funded healthcare scheme is provided.
