Clinical Role Overview
KRUSH Labs in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/ NPI Engineer to set up production systems from scratch and optimize processes for high-quality hardware. The role requires leading cross-functional teams across R&D, supply chain, QA, and mass production to scale concepts to volume production.
You will develop, document and validate manufacturing procedures, review designs for manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
