Clinical Role Overview
Norfolk Primary Care CIC (NPC) is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical oversight within the WorkWell service. You will supervise triage of referrals, coordinate MDT discussions, and ensure timely assessments in collaboration with GP practices across Norfolk.
The role is a fixed-term contract to 31 March 2029, based at the Norfolk WorkWell head office in Norwich with travel to delivery sites and some remote working.
